Stop Learning Randomly

One mistake many beginners make is trying to learn everything at once. Today, they are learning social media management. Tomorrow, they are learning automation. Next week, they are learning lead generation. After that, they jump to customer support. Before long, they are tired, confused, and still not confident enough to apply for jobs. Here is a better way: Start with General VA skills first. Learn communication, organisation, Google Workspace, task management tools, file management, online research, professionalism, and basic digital confidence. Then, after that, choose one direction and go deeper. You do not become valuable by learning random skills. You become valuable by learning skills that solve business problems.
