Public and private information
Email addresses, phone numbers and payment proofs are not displayed publicly. Anonymous questions hide the author from the public, while authorised moderators and administrators can view the author for safety and moderation.
How information is used
Information is used to provide platform features, secure accounts, prevent abuse, communicate service updates, fulfil bookings and improve the product.
Your choices
Members can manage profile visibility, notification preferences and account deletion requests from Settings. Legal counsel should review the final production policy before public launch.
